How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery usually takes 4–8 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer express shipping?

At this time, we do not offer express shipping. However, we work with domestic fulfillment centers to provide fast standard shipping with real-time tracking.

Can I return my item if it doesn’t fit or if I change my mind?

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions.

What if I received a defective or incorrect item?

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong size, please email us at customer@zenueva.com within 10 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the sealed package before opening

  • Photos of the issue after opening

  • A brief description of the problem
    We’ll review your request and, if eligible, send a free return label and issue a full refund after inspection.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes are not guaranteed. Please contact us at customer@zenueva.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
