Return Period
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Original tags must remain attached.
The return package must be shipped back within 10 days of delivery.
Eligible Return Reasons
We accept returns for the following valid reasons:
You received a damaged or defective item.
You received an incorrect size (e.g., you ordered a Medium, but received a Large) or wrong product.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return based on one of the valid reasons above:
Before opening the package, take clear photos of the sealed outer package.
Once opened, take detailed photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
Send these images, along with a brief explanation, to

Our support team will review your request promptly. If the conditions are met:
We will provide a free prepaid return shipping label.
Once the product arrives at our facility and passes our inspection,
we will issue a full refund of the item’s price.
Please note: The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Final Notes
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if the return does not meet our policy terms.
